Evaluation of Effectiveness of the Board of Directors

The effectiveness of the Board of Directors is evaluated once a year. The members of the Board of Directors consider specific improvements based on the results, and ongoing efforts are made to improve the functioning of the Board by implementing those measures.

Risk Management

KHneochem endeavors to strengthen and enhance its risk management by identifying risks that may hinder business activities, implementing necessary measures to prevent risks from materializing, and, in the event risks do materialize, minimizing the damage and addressing recurrence prevention.
