Personal Information Protection Policy
1. Scope of Application
This Personal Information Protection Policy (this “Policy”) expresses our basic principles that our officers, employees, contract employees, and temporary employees (collectively, "All Officers and Employees") should comply with when handling personal information (including anonymously processed information) and specific personal information (including individual numbers) that we acquire through performing its corporate activities (collectively, "Personal Information").
2. Basic Principles
We will comply with laws, regulations, administrative agencies, and any other standards and stipulated guidelines when collecting and utilizing Personal Information by appropriate means to the extent necessary for justifiable purposes. The purpose of use of Personal Information is specified separately in "purpose of use of Personal Information" and will be disclosed in advance.
3. Prohibition of Third-Party Offers
We will not provide Personal Information to a third party without the consent of the individual in advance, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. Management System
We will appoint officers in charge of the appropriate handling and protection of Personal Information and appoint a person in charge of handling Personal Information in each department to maintain a system for the appropriate handling of Personal Information.
5. Establishment of Regulations
We will establish regulations based on this Policy, provide clear rules regarding the handling of Personal Information, and ensure that All Officers and Employees are aware of the same.
6. Safety Management Measures for the Protection of Personal Information, etc.
We will implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of Personal Information. The strict handling of Personal Information is stipulated in our internal regulations, and it will ensure that All Officers and Employees are fully aware of the same.
7. Continuous Improvement
We will continuously review and improve the management system of Personal Information.

Procedures for Complaints, Consultations, Disclosures Regarding Personal Information
1. Complaints and Consultations Regarding Personal Information
For complaints and consultations regarding Personal Information held by the Company, please fill in the following information and contact the inquiry desk. Please refrain from inquiries in person at any Company site (including branches, factories, labs) due to business reasons.

Please understand that, if confirmation that you are the individual or their agent is required, the Company may request the necessary procedures be completed in advance. In addition, the postage fee at the time of inquiry will be borne by the customer.
2. Notification of the Purpose of Personal Data Held by the Company, Disclosure, Correction, Addition or Deletion of Said Personal Data, and Suspension of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure")
If you wish to request Disclosure of personal data held by the Company, please proceed in the following prescribed ways.
(1) Complete invoice form
Please fill in the necessary items in the following invoice form (invoice for the purpose of use and/or, Disclosure of personal data held) and send it to the above inquiry desk by simple registered mail. (Please note that the simple registered mail fee will be borne by the customer.) In addition, if the form cannot be used due to the circumstances of the person himself/herself or his/her agent, please contact us as we will send the form by mail. (A fee of 500 yen will be charged separately for such a service.)

(2) Submission of identity verification documents
In order to protect the individual for whom personal data is being held, the following documents must be submitted to confirm the identity of the person who wishes to request Disclosure.
In addition, if the person's agent requests Disclosure of the personal data held for the individual they are representing, the representative's identity verification document must also be submitted.
Documents to be submitted for identity verification:
- Original resident card and either a copy of your driver's license or passport.
- If you do not have a driver's license or passport, please submit an original resident card and either a copy of your health insurance card or pension handbook.
Documents to be submitted if the agent requests Disclosure
(1) Original certificate of residence, power of attorney, original seal certificate of the person used to create the power of attorney of the person himself/herself
(2) The following documents to prove the agent
- The original resident card of the agent and either a copy of the agent’s driver's license or a copy of the agent’s passport.
- If the agent does not have a driver's license or passport, an original resident card of the agent and a copy of the agent's health insurance card or a copy of the agent's pension handbook
(3) Fees
For matters other than notification and Disclosure of the purpose of use of the held personal data (e.g. correction or deletion), no fee is required. When requesting notification and Disclosure of the purpose of use of the held personal data, the Company will charge the individual or their agent the below fee per request to cover expenses such as postage (registered express mail is used).
1,000 yen per request - Please enclose a stamp for the value of the handling fee.
Fees are subject to change without prior notice. In addition, please note that the Company may refrain from disclosing all or part of the Personal Information held in accordance with laws and regulations.
