Glycan standards and reagents
for use in analysis
Antibodies, proteins, and peptides used as bulk drug substances in biopharmaceuticals are often modified with glycans. These glycans are known to affect the quality and safety of pharmaceuticals so that analysis of glycans has become increasingly important.
We offer a unique lineup with an emphasis on complex glycans and high-mannose glycans. Our lineup covers more than 100 types of glycan structures, including bisecting glycans linked to bisecting GlcNAc, sialo-glycans with sialic acid added to the non-reducing end, and G1M9 glycans linked to glucose. In addition, reducing end structures can be modified by combining with structures such as Asn-Fmoc or BrAc, or labeled by attaching labels such as 2-AB or Apts.
